Tapioca Flour, also known as Tapioca Starch, is a popular ingredient for gluten free recipes, particularly helping to improve the structure and texture of baked goods. It can also be used to thicken soups, sauces, pie fillings and gravies. It has a very mild sweet flavour.
Arrowroot and Tapioca Flour are often interchangeable in recipes as they are very similar in origin, texture and taste.
