Our fish are fished to strict, seasonal quotas to ensure stocks of this precious resource will never be depleted. They are processed by hand and packed in the safest, BPH-free packaging to ensure both their safety and their deliciousness. Juicy, sweet and mild in flavour, Good Fish sardines are caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in the middle of the night and cooked and filleted onshore the following day, to ensure optimal quality. Caught in small boats with small nets, these sardines are a sustainable breed that renew quickly. Preserved whole (minus the head and digestive system), sardines have well documented health properties and are robust, choice eating.
