Organic Red Wine Vinegar 500ml **

Introducing our Organic Red Wine Vinegar from Absolute Organic, a delicious and healthy addition to your pantry. Made from the finest organic grapes and aged to perfection, our vinegar has a bold, robust flavour that adds depth and richness to any dish. Unlike white wine vinegar, which is made from white wine, red wine vinegar is made from red wine that has been allowed to ferment and then undergo a second fermentation to produce acetic acid. This gives it a distinct flavour that’s bolder and more complex than white wine vinegar.

This vinegar does not contain any added sulphur/sulphites, however naturally occurring sulphites may be present.  Naturally occurring sulphites are typically present in smaller amounts compared to those added as preservatives. The presence of these naturally occurring sulphites can still be a genuine consideration for individuals who are sensitive or allergic to sulphites and it may be listed on the label as a caution for consideration.
