Lorraine has been making gluten free products in the shoalhaven ages, once selling at the markets, now being a supplier to local food retailers like Nowra Fresh, Bunya Wholefoods and now us BOMO BULK!
Here you can order exactly what you want and pick up on Thursday mornings each week.
We will always carry a few plain loaves, buns, and a few rotating artisan ones available for walk in purchases.
Orders need to be in by the end of day Sundays.

Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Vegetable Fibre, Dextrose, Thickener (E464), Salt, Thiamine Enzyme, Filtered Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Yeast.
